I was born in the vibrant energy of New York and later rediscovered my true self in the creative heart of Melbourne, Australia. For over 35 years, my professional world was the high-stakes environment of global corporations. As a former HR Director and Cultural Intelligence (CQ) expert, I specialized in bridging the gap between Japan and the world.

The Transition to Artistry.
In 2014, I stepped away from the corporate ladder to become an entrepreneur, coaching individuals and companies on how to thrive in diverse environments. But I always felt a pull toward a different kind of expression—one that involved my hands, my love for design, and the vivid colors.

Why I Created This Workshop.
I’ve spent my life navigating cultural differences, and I know that the best way to understand a culture isn't through a textbook—it's through a shared experience.

I designed Creative Sushi Tokyo for the global traveler and the international resident. I want to offer you more than a recipe; I want to offer you a moment of "Magic"—where Japanese tradition meets modern design, and where my 35 years of global storytelling meet your own creativity.
